Terms of service

The service

Atlas is an Android app that helps you build apps, websites and control panels with an AI assistant. The AI (Atlas AI) and the builds (Atlas Build) are part of your plan: you need no key or other account. You may use your own AI key or GitHub account from the settings instead; their costs are then yours.

Plans: Free, Pro and Max

Three plans: Free (1 project, limited messages and builds per day), Atlas Pro and Atlas Max (much higher limits). Each plan's limits are shown on the home page and in the app. A project counts the first time a build or publish succeeds. Each plan includes a monthly budget of AI points (1 point = 1 US cent of real AI cost) that resets on the 1st of each month; when it is used up, wait for the next month or move to a bigger plan.

• Payments (Lemon Squeezy, every country): card, Google Pay or PayPal, in USD. A subscription that renews automatically every month (or year). Cancel any time from “Manage subscription” in the app; the plan stays until the paid period ends. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for these payments.

Refunds

If the subscription did not work for you, email — within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Atlas for malware, fraud, phishing or anything illegal. You are responsible for the apps and sites you publish. AI answers can be wrong: review them before publishing.

Changes and termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Changes to the terms or prices are announced in the app beforehand. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
